Returns + Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept exchanges for unworn merchandise only. We do not offer refunds. A request for exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt of and the item must be dispatched for return within 30 days upon approval.

Personalized (including letter patches), custom and selected sale, discounted, or clearance merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned.

Buyer is responsible for all postage and any additional fees including brokerage, processing, restocking or other that may apply.

Chelsea & Me is not responsible for merchandise that is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.

How do I make a return?

A request for exchange can be made by submitting the online exchange request form below. You will need to provide the order number and reason for exchange.

Approval for an exchange must be received before merchandise can be sent. If re-using original package to send an exchange, any old postage labels must be removed or covered. Leaving old postage labels visible could affect the delivery of a package to its intended destination. Include a copy of the request for exchange approval in the package.

Purchasing a trackable and insured shipping method is recommended. We do not accept COD returns.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the day we receive your return for it to be processed.

Once we have inspected your return, you will receive an email to confirm that your return has been processed (make sure to check your spam folder). If applicable, you will receive instructions on how to complete payment for any associated fees (processing, postage, etc).

Are there any return fees?

Buyer is responsible for postage fees, restocking fees, and any differences between the price of the original item and the new item.

How long will it take to receive my exchange?

Your new item will be shipped to you within 5 business days after payment of any fees has been received. Transit times depend on location and typically range from 3-8 business days.

What if my product is damaged or defective?

We are not responsible for damaged or defective merchandise but will review any requests on a case-by-case basis.
