What payment methods does Chelsea and Me accept?
Chelseaandme.com accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, China Union Pay, Diners Club, and PayPal*. Sorry, we do not accept dog tricks as payment, however, we are working hard to find a processing provider. Stay tuned.
What if my credit card is denied?
You will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem with processing your credit card. You’ll have the opportunity to enter a new card number if this happens.
Chelsea and Me reserves the right to request additional information to verify your identity. If necessary, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Tax charges are based on applicable federal, provincial and harmonized sales tax rates based on the delivery address of your order. Sales tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges where required. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the tax you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the sales tax you paid on the shipping and handling of that item, as the shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable once an item has been shipped.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.
What is the status of my order?
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order number and a confirmation email with your order summary.
Can I change an order after it has been placed?
Since we start working on your order as soon as it is placed, we are unable to pump the breaks and make changes or mods after it has been placed.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, please tap or click on the Track My Order button located in the Shipping Confirmation Email you received. You will then be able to track the status of your order.
